How to be a Photographer Reflection

Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Anytime I played a sport or did something with my family, my mom was always taking pictures. It didn’t matter if she had her camera with her or just her phone, she was always capturing the moment. On the other hand, I am not a big fan of taking pictures. I tend to try and be in the moment and I don’t worry much about capturing it. On the rare occasions that I do take pictures, I tend to be a little picky. I don’t rapidly take photos of what I am trying to capture, I try and take a few good ones.

When taking pictures, it is best to understand every aspect that goes into taking them. Knowing how your camera works and choosing the best lens is just as important as the picture itself. If you don’t know your camera, your picture could turn out bad. Another way to improve your picture from the camera’s point of view is to change the level at which the picture is being taken from. Changing your perspective, whether you are above the object or below it, can really change how a picture turns out.

It is very important to think about all of the things mentioned in the assignment when you are taking pictures. Everything from the background and lighting to the lens and angle can make or break a photo. I myself think of these things when I take pictures. I’ll decide what I want in the background beforehand and also wait for the perfect moment before taking the picture. I do this so that I know I am taking the best possible photo I can at the best possible moment.
